ESYA’s proprietary A DNA-based ratiometric combination reporter of lumenal pH and Ca2+, allowing for pH-correctable measurements of Ca2+. It can target the endosome and lysosome in-vitro in both skin fibroblasts and C. elegans. It is relevant to several diseases such as Mucolipidosis, Batten’s disease, Alzheimer’s and Kufor Rakeb syndrome. In this figure (Narayanaswamy et al., Nat. Methods, 2018), representative pH and Ca2+ maps of early endosomes, late endosomes, and lysosomes labelled with CalipHluor are shown.
